MEET AMY

Hi, I'm AMY CAMPBELL

Clinical psychologist, author and board- approved supervisor

I am a firm believer that everyone deserves support for their mental health—just like we need care in every other area of our lives (because, let's be real, we don't wait until our legs fall off to see a physio, right?). I see therapy as a proactive step to feeling more balanced and fulfilled—not just something to turn to when life hits the fan.

Having walked the therapy path myself, I know how hard it can be to ask for help and find a space where you actually feel seen, heard, and, well, not judged. But when you find that space, it's a game changer. This is exactly the type of environment I work to create for my clients—especially those navigating trauma, chronic pain, sexual issues, or body image struggles.

As a clinical psychologist and the author of The Mindful Sex Guide, my approach is straightforward, warm, and refreshingly down-to-earth, where all aspects of your life are considered and nothing is off limits. I blend traditional talk therapy with somatic practices because, let's face it, you're more than just your thoughts—your whole self deserves attention.

I specialise in helping clients overcome life's obstacles by shifting what's holding them back into something they can manage—and even thrive on. My goal is simple: to help you discover your inner strengths, uncover fresh insights, and make lasting changes.
