INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Your space to show up exactly as you are - messy thoughts, complicated feelings and all.
We'll work together on what matters most to you, real support, real progress, from the comfort of your own space.
Expect practical strategies, genuine support, and zero pressure to have it all figured out.
SO WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THERAPY?
Let's be real - thinking about therapy can bring up ALL the questions. "Do I actually need this?" "Are my problems therapy-worthy?"
(Spoiler: if they're bothering you, they count!)
Maybe you're sitting there right now, doing that thing where you talk yourself both into and out of therapy in the same thought. Been there!
That little voice questioning whether your struggles are "therapy-worthy" is actually often a sign that, yeah, therapy could be pretty darn helpful right now.
SO WHAT'S THE PROCESS?
How this all works:
(The Not-So-Scary Guide)
//01
FIRST UP: THE ENQUIRY FORM
This helps me to make sure we will be a good fit and that I am the best support for you.
This is also a chance for you to ask any burning questions before committing to a session, making sure you feel fully informed and comfortable.

NEXT: THE GETTING-TO-KNOW-YOU SESSIONS
Our first few meetings are all about understanding your world.
Maybe you're hoping to:
-
Build relationships that actually feel good
-
Get your stress levels from "AHHH!" to "Ahh..."
-
Break free from those patterns keeping you stuck on repeat
Whatever your goals, we'll map out what you want to get from our time together and a clear plan of how we can get there.

FINALLY: YOUR THERAPY TIMELINE
Here's the thing - therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. Some people find what they need in a handful of sessions, others prefer the longer journey.
Think of it like choosing between a sprint and a marathon - neither is wrong, they just get you to different places. We'll figure out what works best for you and adjust as we go.

What happens in the first session? It’s a time for me to get to know you and to understand how I can best support. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’d like to get out of it, and how we can work together. No clipboards, no judgment, just a space to figure things out.

What if my partner isn’t keen?Totally normal. Therapy can feel a bit intimidating at first. If they’re unsure, we can chat about their concerns. Alternatively, individual sessions can help you navigate what's going on from your point of view and provide strategies to help your relationship.
-
What if we just argue the whole time?I’ll help keep things productive. Therapy isn’t about rehashing the same fights, it’s about breaking patterns, communicating better, and (hopefully) walking away with new insights, not more resentment.
-
Will you tell us if we should break up?That’s not my job. Therapy helps you figure out what’s best for you. Whether that’s working through challenges or making peace with moving on.
